I was shopping the other day for a swimsuit (!) when my trusty shopping partner (my sister) and I decided to do just what you should do while swimsuit shopping....have dinner. While we waited for our table we browsed some of the stores near the restaurant and saw this adorable Romper in the window of The Limited. One shoulder (my fave), a romper (her fave), and a beautiful deep green (another fave of mine) so we knew someone had to try that puppy on. That person was me.
This little romper is great! Light, breezy, shorts not too short, dressy enough for evening and heels. It definitely needs a wide belt and tried it on with one similar to the one below. Through on some great beige strappy heels and a cute purse and you are on your way for a hot summer night. Click an individual item in the look below.
Did I buy it? Sadly, I did not. Why you may ask? Because it is a little dressy and does not transition well for day wear. As a mother of a two little ones I don't have that many nights on the town but seem to have enough things to wear to them.
I am searching now for casual wear and would have loved the same romper in a comfy jersey. I searched and fond the ones below. I love the Riller and Fount one, just hoping to find the look for under $70 if possible.
